Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service — including referral handling, provider conduct, payout delays, or platform behaviour — you can submit a complaint using the same contact channels. Please include:

  • Your name and account email.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Any relevant dates, referral IDs, or transaction details.
  • What outcome you are seeking.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Provider issues

If you are a provider and need to discuss commission terms, referral disputes, or account matters, please use the contact method associated with your provider account.

What we can’t help with

ReferStack is a referral marketplace, not a service provider. We cannot resolve disputes about the quality of services delivered by providers on our platform. Those matters are between the provider and their client.
