ReferStack operates a referral marketplace that connects business referrers with service providers. We facilitate warm introductions and, when successful, distribute rewards to referrers and receive commissions from providers.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with the platform’s security or integrity.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorisation.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the ReferStack website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of ReferStack or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ReferStack does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
ReferStack is not responsible for the service delivery of any provider listed on the platform, nor do we guarantee that any referral will result in a closed deal. All business decisions are between the provider and the referred business.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReferStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
