Payout & Rewards Policy

1. How rewards are calculated
- The standard referrer reward is 10% of ReferStack’s received commission from the provider for the referred client.
- A premium reward of up to 15% may be applied at ReferStack’s sole discretion for high-value, strategic, or exceptional referrals.
- Rewards are calculated monthly based on the commission ReferStack actually receives from the provider for that client in that month.
2. When rewards are paid
- Rewards are only paid after ReferStack has received commission from the provider.
- Payouts are typically processed once per month after commissions have cleared.
- There may be a delay between the client paying the provider and your reward being paid, because we must first receive the provider’s commission payment.
3. How long rewards continue
Rewards continue only while the referred business remains an active paying client of the provider. If the client cancels, downgrades, or stops paying the provider, rewards stop from that point onward.
4. What can stop or reduce rewards
- The client cancels their contract or stops paying the provider.
- The provider stops paying commission to ReferStack.
- The referral is found to be invalid, fake, spam, duplicate, or misleading.
- Fraud or suspected abuse is detected.
- ReferStack admin reviews, pauses, or rejects a payout for compliance reasons.
5. Rewards are not guaranteed income
ReferStack rewards are performance-based and not guaranteed. They depend on: (a) the provider closing the deal, (b) the client remaining active and paying, (c) ReferStack receiving commission, and (d) compliance with our terms. You should not treat rewards as predictable or reliable income.
6. Payout methods
Rewards are paid via the payout method you specify in your account settings. You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for failed payments caused by incorrect details.
7. Minimum thresholds
ReferStack may set a minimum payout threshold. If your balance is below this threshold in a given month, the amount will roll over to the next month until the threshold is reached.
8. Tax responsibility
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on your rewards in your jurisdiction. ReferStack does not withhold taxes unless legally required.
9. Admin review
ReferStack admin reserves the right to review, pause, adjust, or reject any payout if there is suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of platform terms. We will communicate with you about any such decisions.
